I would make the dinner size napkins. I love the look of fabric napkins at the table for family and guests.
Lorna
I plan on making dinner size napkins.
Sandy
Would love to make all the napkins but the ‘No-Hassle’ size napkin most useful would be the dinner size. Think of all the colorful ways to create these napkins!
Mary
The dinner size would be my choice.
Linda Nelson
I love the dinner napkins, but have never thought of having cloth cocktail napkins! Those would be great to make!
Linda A Machado
I want to introduce my 8 year old granddaughter to this video to make the napkins and we will make the dinner size. Her mom passed away a year and a half ago and she always made her napkins and I would like to teach my granddaughter the same tradition.
Clovis
The dinner size napkins would be great.
Mary
It seems like one side of the napkin is larger What is the ratio of the two sides?
Deanna Springer
Hi Mary,
The inner fabric is cut 2-inches smaller that the outer fabric:

Dinner size napkins would be my choice. Having made many, many cloth napkins, usually with serged hems, I like this idea of displaying the ‘backing’ on the front. Thanks for the demo.

You cant beat cotton dinner napkins…..They are larger and more absorbent than paper napkins. For more formal dinners, there are gorgeous fabrics made from cotton/poly that would add elegance to your table. Good starting project for new sewers.
Dixie
I would make the dinner size napkins.
DeAnna S
I think I’d make all three, but start with the dinner size. Looks easy to do. Great idea!

Would make the dinner napkins because the size is quite versatile. Not only great as dinner napkins, but this size could line a basket for decorating or gift giving.
