The Serger Techniques Pouch looks like a great project to master skills and comfort with a serger. This machine can be intimidating so having a project like this can help with that.

Oh my … what a great dual serger/cover stitch machine!
Esther
I made this bag last year and used the left over mesh from the zipper part to put pockets
inside. A place to put pens and cell phone, etc. I use it weekly. Solved a problem for me
of carrying to much weight!

Welcome Pam, I can’t wait take my pouch and learn

Welcome, Pam! What a great project to become familiar with what your serger can do. Great video explaining the techniques.

I love this video. I have an older serger and it does a cover stitch. I haven’t used it much since I have to manually change the settings. I am scared I will miss something, and it won’t work right. I think I will try this technique and see how I do with it.
I love watching these videos and I enjoy learning from you ladies.
